He has a extensive knowledge in the field of different electrical project in HMB PLC. He has project experience of 02 cement plant electrical installation after joining this company. After acquisition by HMB in the year 2000, he was the first project manager of Chittagong plant in electrical revamping project under the direct supervision of HTC in the year 2003. In addition to this, he has experienced about the contract agreement in project, People management, Maintenance knowledge, Continuous Improvement Project etc. His key responsibilities include Plant Operations, Production and dispatch of the products, Quality assurance, inventory optimization, leading plant projects, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
