Mr. Roberto's career with Italcementi began in 1990, where he held various senior management positions in Puerto Rico, the USA, Canada, Turkey, Thailand, Egypt, and Italy. From 2016 until the end of 2023, he served as the General Manager for Italy. As of 1 January 2024, Mr. Roberto has been a member of the Managing Board of Heidelberg Materials, overseeing the Asia region.
